The bikes are equipped with a puncture repair kit. If you encounter a more serious issue, please contact us to arrange for your return to the shop.

Are helmets and locks included with the rental?

Wearing a helmet is mandatory for cyclists and passengers under 12 years old but is strongly recommended for everyone. At Instant Outdoor, helmets and locks are included with each bike rental. It’s also required to secure your bike with a lock when stopping, by attaching it to the frame.
